Hungarian Cooking — Gulyás Soup

Join us for this fun, live class with Ádám! He will present his tips, tricks, and some suggested variations on this dish that has so many possibilities.

This class will meet for about 90 minutes on Friday, January 17th at 12 noon, Eastern time. 

We will learn the basic recipe for gulyás soup, known as gulyásleves in Hungarian. You don’t need to dream about this delicious soup found all over Hungary, you can learn to make it and serve it to your honored guests. It’s a simple soup but packed with flavor! You can cook along or just watch and take notes for the next time you make this delicious dish.  We will send the ingredient list and the Zoom link once you are registered.
