This is a seasonal item that will be available again somewhere between November 1-14, 2024! We are hoping for earlier in November but we just can’t say for sure.
Place your order now to be sure you get the flavors you want.Â
If you order this item along with other items we will wait to ship your entire order together. If you have things to order that you need right away, order them separately as we really don’t know when the szaloncukor and konyakosmeggy will arrive from Hungary.
Imported from Hungary!
Sprinkle some Hungarian tradition into your celebration this year!
Hungarian Christmas candy is used to decorate Christmas trees! Of course, you will want a package for yourself as well as one to share. We will include a tradition card with your order.
Packages are 350 grams each. About 27 pieces of candy per package. All are dipped in either milk or dark chocolate. Flavors for this year are:
Jellied (dark chocolate coating)
Rum Cocoa (dark chocolate coating)
Coconut (milk chocolate coating)
Caramel (milk chocolate coating)
Tart Cherry (dark chocolate coating)
Marzipan (dark chocolate coating)
“Rudy” (dark chocolate coating) this is similar to the túró rudi filling, but oh so hard to describe. It’s tasty!

I grew up in Budapest over 60 years ago. Based on my recollections of Hungarian Christmas candy (szaloncukor, literally salon candy) that I had enjoyed at Christmas time in the “old country,” Magyar Marketing’s offering of the same is truly excellent. I highly recommend it.
