Hungarian Cooking — Plum Jam

New date: This class will meet for about 90 minutes on Saturday, September 20th at 12 noon, Eastern time. 

With so many plum trees around Hungary this is something many in Hungary make. But, for those of us in North America, finding the right plums is not so easy. But it is worth knowing how to make your own plum jam and learn about what plums are best!  You can even make this without preservatives and without sugar!

Ádám will also talk about all the other fruits that can be made into jam/preserves/lekvar.
