BACKORDERS / OUT OF STOCK
Sometimes a product may be backordered or out of stock. If your entire order is out-of-stock, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Occasionally, part of an order may be out of stock or backordered and your shipment will be made when all items in your order are ready.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges with 30 days of you receiving your order. Please be sure the item returned is in the original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is not defective.
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. You can order through our website or call 1-800-786-7851 to place your order. We are not always available to take your call so please leave a message and we will get back to you or please send an email to liz@thehungarianstore.com with any questions you have and we will go from there.
INSURANCE
All orders are insured against loss or damage. The cost of this insurance is included in your shipping and handling fee.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Our shipping and handling fees are combined on your order and are automatically calculated by our system. Weight and distance and value of items all play a role in establishing a shipping/handling fee. Your total, including shipping and handling, will be provided before you submit your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is possible but not automatically through our website so please email me at liz@thehungarianstore.com with the items you would like to order as well as a complete shipping address and I will get back to you with a price quote and shipping estimate. Please allow extra time for this process as it usually involves extra time on our part to calculate shipping, create an invoice via PayPal, etc.You are responsible for applicable duties and taxes in the destination country.
