With so many plum trees around Hungary this is something many in Hungary make. But, for those of us in North America, finding the right plums is not so easy. But it is worth knowing how to make your own plum jam and learn about what plums are best! You can make this without preservatives and without sugar!

This class will meet for about 90 minutes on Saturday, September 13th at 12 noon, Eastern time.

We will send the ingredient list and the Zoom link once you are registered.
