Hungarian Cooking — Angel Wings

Join us for this fun, live class with Ádám! He will present his tips, tricks, and some suggested variations on this dish that has so many possibilities.

This class will meet for about 90 minutes on Saturday, February 8th at 12 noon, Eastern time.

We will learn the basic recipe for angel wings, known as csöröge fank in Hungarian. You can make your dough along with us or just watch and take notes for the next time you make this delicious dessert. We will send the ingredient list and the Zoom link once you are registered.
